Free Books
for early learners (Ages 0-5)
The Dolly Parton Imagination Library
When you read and talk about math while you play with your kids at home, you are building resilience, kindergarten readiness, family connections, and foundations for future success. The Utah STEM Action Center has partnered with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to provide free books and resources to families of early learners. This program is currently available in Garfield, Iron, Piute, Sevier, Washington, and Wayne counties. These counties are supported by the Utah STEM Foundation, but other areas may be covered as well. Check if it's available in your area on Step 1.

Step 3
You are your child's best first teacher; have fun reading and engaging in brain building activities. Books keep coming until your child's 5th birthday: building a home library and a lifelong foundation in reading and math.
Track your interactions in Goosechase for a chance to win prizes and to help keep this program running in Utah!
The goal of early childhood learning should be to activate the child's own natural desire to learn.
