What is Hummingbird Robotics Kit? Hummingbird is a robotics kit from Bird Brain Technologies. It includes a wheels and a controller to connect wires from LEDs, motors, servos, and sensors. It uses a micro:bit for programming and you can add it’s sensors and buttons to control the robot as well. From their website:

The kit can be used over and over again for various projects. It can be used to enhance teaching on any subject. The website has a free instructor course and many videos on how to connect the parts and program them. There are also many lesson ideas. How do I get access to Hummingbird Robotics Kit? For home use the kit can be purchased online. For the classroom you could apply for a grant to purchase a set for your school. Some school districts might have access them through a lending library. Also the UVU Creative Learning Studio has a lending library where you can borrow the Hummingbird Kit.
